AIMALON Booking（AIマロン予約）

会社ごとに、お客様がオンラインで面談などの予約を入れられる日程調整のシステムです。「AIマロンハーネス」の予約の部品で、株式会社バルコが運営し、招待した会社（以下「利用会社」）に提供しています。

できること

予約する方（お客様）: 利用会社から届いた予約ページの URL を開き、空いている日時を選んで予約します。Google アカウントは要りません。確認・変更・キャンセルはメールで届くリンクから行えます。
利用会社の担当者: 自社の予約ページの URL から Google アカウントでログインし、Google カレンダーをつなぎます。予約ページには担当者のカレンダーで空いている時間だけが出て、予約が入るとカレンダーに予定が作られます。
予約の確認のメール、担当者への通知（メール・Chatwork）、LINE でのお知らせ（利用会社が自社の LINE 公式アカウントをつないだ場合）を送ります。
利用会社ごとに、データの置き場（データベース）を分けています。ある会社の情報が、ほかの会社から見えることはありません。

Google のデータの使い方（要約）

ログインのとき、Google アカウントのメールアドレスを受け取り、その会社に登録済みの担当者かどうかを確かめます。
担当者のカレンダーの空き状況を読み、予約ページに空いている時間だけを出します。予定の名前や内容は予約ページに出さず、保存もしません。
予約が入ると担当者のカレンダーに予定を作り、変更・キャンセルにあわせて直す・消します。AIMALON Bookingが作った予定のほかは、変更も削除もしません。
Google のデータを売ったり、広告や AI の学習に使ったりしません。

AIMALON Booking

AIMALON Booking is a scheduling system that lets each company's customers book appointments online. It is the booking part of "AIMALON Harness", operated by BARCO Inc. and provided to invited companies ("Client Companies").

What it does

Customers open the booking page URL sent by a Client Company, choose an available time and book. No Google account is needed.
Staff of a Client Company sign in with their Google account from their company's URL and connect their Google Calendar. The booking page shows only free times, and an event is created on their calendar when a booking is made.
It sends booking confirmation emails, notifications to staff (email or Chatwork), and LINE messages (if the Client Company connects its own LINE Official Account).
Each Client Company's data is kept in its own database. One company's information is never visible to another company.

How we use Google data (summary)

When staff sign in, we receive their Google account email address to check that they are a registered staff member of that company.
We read the availability of the staff member's calendars to show only free times on the booking page. Event titles and details are never shown and are not stored.
When a booking is made, we create an event on the staff member's calendar, and update or delete it when the booking changes. We never change or delete events that AIMALON Booking did not create.
We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising or for training AI models.
